“STOREROOM REFURBISHMENT”

I’ve taken the liberty of volunteering two toolbox meetings and your time to one of the most important ideals of my coordinating these meetings. I’m more of a doer than a recorder but after two years, we’ve covered some important bases together and the idea was, with diminishing relevant information on maintaining, authenticity and general ownership; particularly older Jaguars, to trap this information in a retrieval system, which would be accessible by future, possibly less knowledgeable owners, as our part in keeping the Jaguar Marque prominent in the Perth car scene for many, many years to come. That’s the sales pitch

The club has, for some time, needed to tidy up the storeroom. Over the years the wealth of our treasures has been concealed behind closed doors, so expect some pleasant surprises and for some of you, nostalgic emotions as we form a human chain, to carefully extract and stack everything outside of the storeroom. We will remove the existing shelving and replace it with flat pack, already acquired. The tricky part now begins, returning our treasures to the storeroom in a logically retrievable system. I believe we have had a PC donated to the club and this is to be the repository for electronic storage and retrieval.
