JCCWA Track Day Carco Raceway, Wanneroo
In partnership with the HSV Owners Club of WA

After a brief pit stop, JCCWA Track Days are roaring back onto the calendar! Our next sporting event is scheduled for Sunday, 17th August 2025 at Carco Raceway, Wanneroo, and we’ve been invited to join the Holden Special Vehicle Owners Club of WA for what promises to be a day of high-speed fun minus the speed cameras, of course.

Entry Fees

• $300 per entrant, or $280 if you have your own Dorian timer

• The HSV Club has kindly waived the usual $25 day membership fee for JCCWA participants

• It’s a full day event with plenty of track time, so bring your stamina and your Jaguar’s best game face

Helmet Hire

The HSV Club will provide helmets at no charge.
However, supplies are limited to two of each size – so be kind, share where needed, and most importantly, return them in one piece.

Event Schedule

• 7:00am – Gates open

• 7:15–8:15am – Scrutiny (random checks – self-scrutiny system in place)

• 8:00–8:15am – Track inspection

• 8:15–8:30am – Driver briefing

• 8:30–8:40am – Officials in position

• 8:40–9:00am – New driver training

• 9:15–12:00pm – Session 1: Timed laps (Long Track)

• 12:00–12:30pm – Lunch break

• 12:30–4:30pm – Session 2: Timed laps continue

• 4:30pm (approx.) – Event concludes

How to Register

Please follow the steps below in this exact order, as some information carries through from one stage to the next:

Step 1: Get Your AASA Licence
You’ll need either a:

• $50 Day Licence: Click here

• $180 Annual General Speed Licence: Click here

This is essential before proceeding with registration.

Step 2: Sign Up as a Partner Member of HSVOCWA

• Create a user account via the HSV Partner Club portal: Click here to register

• Select Jaguar as your Partner Member Club

• Fill in your motorsport details – it’ll save you time for future events

Step 3: Enter the Event
Once steps 1 and 2 are complete, register for the event here:

Timing Equipment
Dorian timers will be supplied for those without their own.

Word of Caution

The registration process is a little fiddly – like triple SU carburettors – so take your time and follow the steps in order. If you hit a bump in the road, feel free to contact me:
