It is now fifteen months since the adoption and implementation of the Wild Apricot (WA) cloud based website and club management system and the club is hosting a presentation  at the March 2019 General Club Meeting.This presentation is designed to make members aware how WA operates and how it can benefit them by quickly accessing club information. There will also be an introduction to the JCCWA Facebook page and how that operates and the benefits to Members. 
The WA system now manages all the JCCWA membership,events, invoicing and many other functions previously executed on individual members computers which were not linked or integrated. This presented integrity and security issues as the JCCWA did not independently own or have direct access to its data. That is now resolved with the implementation of WA as the club has complete control of the data which is cloud based with an independent backup.The new website operates seamlessly with the management system to ensure the best possible outcomes for all JCCWA members.
